Remote Service: Installers/service technicians can now remotely access the home user’s heat pump for service (the heat pump requires a Wi-Fi/cloud connection for feature to function). The remote service function is located in the installer’s home overview. The access code is provided by the home user via the heat pump’s display or the app.

QS Installations: QS added for attachment installation when installing a QE. Information added in checklist and in installation setup.

Firmware: Update check and upgrade during installation.
