Companies and service technicians must have the certificates, licenses and authorizations required. The work must follow applicable rules and practices and be carried out professionally. You order spare parts from us and must be marked with our service number above. When Qvantum has checked and approved the return, the spare part/product is credited. The invoice must not be sent until the work is completed and the replaced material is returned. Returns must be handled carefully, packaged well and returned as soon as possible.
