Powerful and energy-efficient
The Qvantum QE is a highly efficient, all-in-one exhaust air heat pump designed to provide heating, cooling, ventilation, and instant hot water in a single compact unit. The QE extracts energy from the outgoing air being drawn from the property, while the inverter control automatically adjusts to the comfort demands of the home, minimising energy consumption. The integrated accumulator tank acts as a thermal battery with heat storage up to 90°C.
With FlexReady® functionality and API connectivity, it optimises energy use by operating during periods of low electricity prices or renewable surplus and is ready for flexible energy markets. Domestic hot water is produced instantly via a heat exchanger, eliminating legionella risk and simplifying water quality requirements.
The Qvantum QE is available in 4kw and 6kw capacities and is easy to install, not only in newly build properties, but also to upgrade existing exhaust air heat pumps, or as a replacement for gas boilers in low-temperature systems. The heat pump has a low noise level and can also deliver cooling down to 14°C for Part O compliance making it a reliable, space-saving and user-friendly solution.

Smart features
Qvantum’s products are filled with smart features that provide both stability and future-proofing
Scheduling in the Qantum app, you can actively control how your heat pump works during the week, based on how your home is actually used. Read more here
Always up to date, always smarter. With automatic updates via the cloud, you get new features at no cost – and a heat pump that evolves over time.
The system intelligently schedules charging to take place during periods of low demand on the electricity grid. By shifting energy use to off-peak times, it helps reduce strain on the grid, lower energy costs, and improve overall efficiency without compromising performance
Qvantum’s built-in accumulator tank can heat the hot water up to about 90°C for extra storage capacity and store when prices are low and use when electricity is expensive. The heat pump is ready for future flex market services.
Safe water – smart technology behind every drop. Our heat pumps heat fresh incoming cold water directly via a heat exchanger in the heat pump, right at the moment you open the tap. The water is always fresh, always moving and always as clean as the cold water. Read more here
Always connected security. With remote diagnostics, it is possible to connect remotely to the heat pump, predictive maintenance and service can be done completely remotely.

*With immersion heater. ** Condensation within the unit is highly unlikely but may occur in rare situations where humidity rises rapidly (e.g. from tumble dryers or cooking) faster than the system can respond. As a precaution, we recommend installing a drain pan and lift pump beneath the unit to prevent potential water damage; the pump may never operate but provides an added safety measure.
